can you believe that....i actually got my lazy body out for a GOOD RUN?! yes i did. turned down the neighbour a few times (giving all sort of excuses) and i thought it's quite rude if i continue to do that so i agreed to go down for a run just now. argh. i almost died...hahaha. i walked for like half the journey? but i was panting like a dog already! my effort went down the drain cos we ended up at Mac... hahaha. I must keep the determination going. thrice weekly is my aim now!!!

and i really wanna psycho my dad to agree on buying a bicycle. i wanna go cycling at night. sound fun when the neighbour told me about it just now. got me excited thinking about it. that can become my weekly activity if i really got a bicycle. weeeee. no need spend money to get fun. hohoho.
