you know, the hardest thing working in HR is to see your bestest colleague leaving the company before you. the bond we build up for the past months, the bickers we always have, the email gossipings we always do, the we-go-toilet together times, the lunch khaki since day 1. we started work on the same day, 3rd april 06 and her last day is 30th mar 07. a yr. i always jokingly tell her i will definitely leave before her but it turns out otherwise.
after this month, i will not get to see her from my room. the always smile-secretly,then phone call to private chat times.
haiya!!! why must she leave so early! we have yet to go for the cruise trip together leh!!!
mixed feelings. a part of me knows that she will be much better off in another company, better benefits and better pay but another part of me hope that she will stay in the company and the 3 of us can continue like how we are doing now. so contradicting.
i am left with only 1 best colleague, the one whom we can really pour our hearts to. sighs.
