fallen

my official 3rd month in the company. really learn alot in this company. the working environment is good, having an entire room to myself with just another colleague. we can on the radio, gossip and eat like no one business. not much politics in the company. perhaps because i don't pose any threat to any of them out there. whatever, i must hang on for at least a year. learn as much as i can. absorb whatever i can never learn in the textbooks. the appraisal is done. now pending for the increment to be approved. not much hope pinned on it seriously. this is sucky. hate it when people get higher pay than me. i wanna have a promotion! hr officer can liao! i'm more than contented to climb to a hr officer position in 2 years' time. really quite determined to stay in HR. the job can be quite interesting at times. meeting new employees, knowing others' salary(hahaha)...

hopefully i will touch on more aspects of HR. training, compensation & benefits are all not covered now.

i tell myself i'm still young. i must endure with whatever that comes my way.
